Residential feng shui consultation thoroughly analyzes your home’s Feng shui. External factors such as your surroundings, structure forms, and overall 360 views are considered for the audit. In detail, the audit mainly focuses on areas that create a problem for the household members about health, career, and relationships. Using Xuan Kong and San He Feng Shui, we can determine if the Qi (energy) for the period is a beneficial and possible outcome and event for the residents. Important factors include your main door, kitchen, master bedroom, and other vital areas. Advice to rectify the problem areas is recommended to improve the destiny of the whole family staying there.

Note: Residential Feng Shui Consultation can only be done on-site. There is no need to purchase feng shui product for placement, as classical feng shui focus on landform, quality of Qi, and water mouth location.

Audit Process

  1. This audit is personally conducted by Master Kevin Foong
  2. Master Kevin Foong will visit the place on-site for a feng shui assessment.
  3. Assessments are based on the main door, bed location, stove, and area that has water.
  4. There is strictly no purchase of feng shui products as we are a classical feng shui school that studies mountain and river formation. Feng shui products are new-age feng shui which we do not subscribe to.
  5. An assessment report with all the recommendations will be sent in 5-7 business days. 
  6. A renovation start date and time are provided for the renovation workers to have a smooth work process.
  7. Move-in date is provided for auspiciousness.
  8. For a new house that requires complete renovation based in Singapore, a second visit by Master Kevin will be scheduled to verify all recommendation is made correctly.
